Q: What is the main purpose of the Govlynx app?
A: Govlynx allows registered users to receive mobile notifications when the status of their Customs declarations changes. It also lets users view the history of their declarations.
Q: I installed the app, but I don't have login credentials. How can I register to use the app?
A: The Govlynx app is designed for users pre-approved by the implementing agency. You need to access the agency portal and create your user account. Then log in to the portal and submit a 'User Access Request.' Once reviewed and approved by the system administrator, you can use the same credentials for the mobile app.
Q: I can log in to the Portal and my "User Access Request" has been approved, but when I try to log in to the mobile app, I get the message: "Not authorized to use this app. Please contact support."
A: Only users registered as a Customs broker in the system with a valid TIN are allowed to use the Govlynx app.
Q: Can I stop receiving notifications on my mobile?
A: Yes, you can unsubscribe from notifications at any time through your device settings.
